If you have made payments for our goods, we have accepted them and thereafter you wish to cancel your orders, you may do that and you will get your entire advanced money refunded, if we have not processed the said supplies but if we have processed the said supplies and even then we are at fault in supplying the said goods as per the commitments, you may have your advanced money refunded along with fault fine @ 12 % annual or @ 1% monthly of the amount paid by you. It is clear that we shall refund the entire advanced money, if we are at fault but if you are at fault after making advance payments, we shall supply goods and will not refund your advanced money.
• Replacement of a product will only happen when reason/reasons are attributable to Apna Anantha farming PVt. ltd, it shall take 7-10 days to process after receiving the return.
• In any circumstances goods cannot be replaced for reason/reasons which are attributable to buyer

Calculation of shipping time will be counted from date of receipt of advance payment as per terms & conditions of our offer /Proforma Invoice
we have tied with Blue Dart and DTDC to deliver the product. these agencies provide a unique tracking number related to the product. and we shared the tracking number and agency name with our customer through email. then the customer can track the product through the tracking number. all processes can take approx 6 weeks.
For domestic orders within India , customer has to declare short quantity receipt within maximum 48 hours from receipt of goods at their office / godown
For International orders, buyer or his reprehensive or third party should be present while loading of goods in container. We cannot accept any claim of short receipt once goods are shipped

Then also if any customer has any compliant regarding damage it may happen due to damage during transit of goods hence all buyers are requested to secure their 100% shipments through transit insurance so that any claims arising due to damage of goods during transit can be settled easily.
