Terms & conditions of supplying goods:

1. We issue Quotations/Proforma Invoices for the goods you require,
2. Our  Quotations/Proforma Invoices remain valid for one month from the date of issue by us,
3. We Sell or supply the goods  from our site at  village Chukru, Block –Torpa, District – Khunti, Jharkhand,
4. Orders for supply of goods are Confirmed only after receipt of advance,
5. We accept advance as 50 % of the total  purchase value of goods required to be supplied,
6. The responsibility of getting the goods packed remains with the Purchasers, their well wishers, their mediaters, traders or marketing personnel,
7. The packing bag etc. are provided by the Purchasers, their well wishers, their mediaters, traders or marketing personnel ,
8. The Purchasers, their well wishers, their mediaters, traders or marketing personnel get the goods packed by their men with their packing system as per their wishes and our men assist them only,
9. The goods are loaded at our site in the vehicles of the Purchasers, their well wishers, their mediaters, traders or marketing personnel and thereafter they are weighed at the nearest Dharmkanta/weighing machine,
10. The responsibility of weighing and transporting the said packed goods remain with the Purchasers, their well wishers, their mediaters, traders or marketing personnel ,
11. Once the said goods are packed and weighed, the Purchasers, their well wishers, their mediaters, traders or marketing personnel  only shall be responsible for its safety and proper care,
12. Once the said goods are packed and weighed, payment thereagainst shall be made by the Purchasers, their well wishers, their mediaters, traders or marketing personnel and the advance payment shall remain as it is, which shall be adjusted at the time of the last lot of transportation of goods,
13. We intimate the Purchasers, their well wishers, their mediaters, traders or marketing personnel the expected date and the expected quantity of availability, sell or supply of goods ordered,
14. the Purchasers, their well wishers, their mediaters, traders or marketing personnel  are to make necessary arrangements of getting the said quantity of ordered goods packed by the said intimated period,
15. Once the said quantity of goods are sold or supplied and the advanced amount is adjusted, all the terms and conditions become null and void for the said Quotations/Proforma Invoices/supply orders.
